3. Pre-Enrolment & Fees

The information provided on this website is for pre-enrolment purposes. Final enrolment is subject to a formal agreement and meeting the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015.

  • Tuition Fees: Fees listed are current at the time of publication but are subject to change.
  • Refunds: All refund requests are governed by our Student Handbook, which aligns with Australian Consumer Law.
  • USI: Students must provide a valid Unique Student Identifier (USI) prior to the issuance of any qualification.

4. User Conduct

When using our online application portal or student dashboards, you agree not to:

  1. Provide false or misleading identity or educational documentation.
  2. Attempt to bypass security features or access data belonging to other students.
  3. Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, offensive, or violates Australian law.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% accuracy, BPI does not warrant that the information on this site is free from errors or omissions. We reserve the right to alter course dates, locations, or trainers as necessary for operational compliance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BPI shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from your use of this website.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
